I ordered flowers and chocolates through an online service not knowing that they used this florist. I live in Texas so I thought ordering through a service was the way to go. There was a mixed up with the service where they refunded part of my order instead of asking the local florist to deliver the chocolates that were mistakenly forgotten with the delivery. I called Tom’s because they were the only one still open in the area to get something for my friend not knowing they were the original florist. I was willing to order directly to get my gift hopefully delivered the same day. Tom made it right!!! I won’t ever go through AVAS again but I will use and recommend these great people. Great customer service!! Mistakes happen but its rare that after one I’m left with such a warm feeling. Thank you again!!

We ordered a Casket Wreath from Tom’s Florist for our Mother’s Visitation and Funeral! At first sight I was amazed by the beauty of the arrangement. Everything was bright and beautiful and the wreath was completely loaded with fresh flowers and greenery! They made us very happy and we are well pleased❤️

Tom's florist was the ONLY one who answered the phone during a snow storm that happened at the time of finalizing of my mother's funeral service! I was able to text the owner the casket spray we saw on-line and he created an even more beautiful spray than the picture with an extremely competitive price compared to surrounding florists! Thank you Tom's Florist for your excellent help and work in making our mother's funeral beautiful!

I have to say that dealing with Tom's Florist was a absolutely a pleasure. I made the mistake of ordering online from Avas Flowers which was a nightmare. I decided to call Tom's Florist directly to correct the problems. I was absolutely delighted with the outcome. Tom went above and beyond to resolve the problem, the flowers were beautiful. Tom thank you so much for everything. In the future I will deal with you directly. I highly recommend Tom's Florist.

I took them a picture that I found online for my dad's casket spray and they did an amazing job, and when I say amazing it turned out better than the picture I took them. If you're looking for quality work, friendly, caring and loving people then stop and go nowhere else but to Tom's.

I ordered flowers from 1800 flowers, they were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I received a message that they weren’t going to be delivered at no fault to Tom’s Florist. After having a conversation with a representative from 1800 flowers, they made sure that the flowers would be delivered on Monday. I received a call that they weren’t going to be able to deliver the flowers on Monday because the florist didn’t receive the order in time. I explicitly said that they had to be delivered today. Thankfully, Tom’s florist was able to accommodate my request and this beautiful bouquet was delivered within 2hrs. I would recommend ordering directly from the Florist.
